24 Violators Netted During Mask Operation Held in Sukabumi Utara

Sukabumi Utara Urban Village Satpol PP, Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta holds Mask Operation on Friday (6/18).

Sukabumi Utara Urban Village Satpol PP Head, Sumeri mentioned, this Mask Operation was carried out on Jl. Madrasah II and Jl. Asparagus, Sukabumi Utara Urban Village. In this operation, his side netted 24 residents who didn't wear mask while doing activities outside. Personnel collected their data and gave them social sanction in form of cleaning up the area.

"24 violators are netted because they don't wear mask while doing activities outside. We give them social sanction in form of cleaning the road," he informed.

West Jakarta Satpol PP Intensively Holds Mask Operation

This activity was carried out in accordance with Regional Regulation (Perda) No. 3/2020 on Implementation of Perda No. 2/2020 concerning COVID-19 Handling in Jakarta and Gubernatorial Regulation (Pergub) No. 3/2021 on Instructions for Implementing Perda No. 3/2020 about COVID-19 Handling in Jakarta.

As well as Jakarta Gubernatorial Decree (Kepgub) No. 671/2021 about Extension of Micro-scale Public Activity Restrictions (PPKM Mikro).

"We also educate them about the importance of health protocol implementation in order to prevent COVID-19 transmission. Thus violators not repeat their mistake, we give them masks," he stated.
